About West Central Manufacturing     West Central Mfg. Is located in Rapid City, South Dakota , and operates a 29,000 Square. ft Metal Fabrication Facility. West Central starts with flat sheet steel then shears, punches, bends, and welds this material to make the finest of Hollow Metal Products. James and Cynthia Hoag purchased this Facility from North Central Supply August 1st, 2004. Prior to this the company was known as N. C. S. Mfg. N. C. S. was established in 1967.     N. C. S. thrived for years marketing their products directly to contractors. N. C. S. supplied hollow metal for many large projects including, the south terminal of Seattles Airport, L.D.S Hospital in Salt Lake City, East Valley High School in Spokeane WA, Anchorage Pre-Trial Facility Anchorage AK, and the D. T. Towers I, II, III in Denver CO. West Central was fortunate to not only buy the facility but were also able to retain many of N.C.S.?s craftsman and engineers. Many have been building hollow metal for over twenty years. This along with the vast array of welding procedures gives us the tools, knowledge, and credentials to build an wide range of products, Fire Rated to decorative.     West Central Mfg. now works exclusively with Distributors through out the West Central United States. This helps West Central to provide the best in service and provides contractors a local contact. This Team approach has increased customer satisfaction and with the improved communication has eliminated many of the small and large problems.     West Central is also proud of its working relationship with Architects, With the versatility that hollow metal offers Architects have the freedom to design decorative projects that could include radius walls, round or shaped windows, arched entrances to name a few.
